RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met:

We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about within 3 business days of product receipt.
As the charge to your credit card/account would have already been done online at the time you made the purchase and authorized the payment, we will provide a refund to your account via our respective Payment Gateway if applicable as per the situations given below.

Repair charges on goods which are six months old or more: Products sold beyond the period of six months will be repaired on chargeable basis for gold plated and silver ornaments and the actual cost of repair will be changed from the customer. The cost of repair will vary from piece to piece depending upon the nature of repair required and the quantum of silver or gold consumed for repair of the piece. Estimate of repair can be provided once the piece is physically examined by the Raniwala Jewellers team at Jaipur.
